this is my gaming rig
first watercolling project
nothing fancy but very functionnal

Hardware
Case: NZXT Switch 810
CPU: Intel I7-3930k
MB: Asus Rampage IV Extreme
Ram: 32GB G.Skill 2133Mhz
GPU: 2 x XFX HD7970 OC balck edition (Xfire)
SSD: 2 x OCZ octane 256GB (1 for OS and 1 for games)
HDD: 2 x Seagate 1.5 TB (for data and backup)
PSU: Seasonic X-1250

Wow, somehow I completely missed this case. It seems a very good base for a build - and you did it! Yes, from the pictures it looks very functional too. Although there may be some room to improve...

I'm trying to understand your wc loop. It's clear that you have a single loop. What's the direction of the coolant flow?
1. Res/Pump(s)-CPU-top Rad-VGAs-bottom Rad-Res or
2. Res/Pump(s)-bottom Rad-VGAs-top Rad-CPU-Res?

Your top Rad is a 3x120(140?) one, the bottom is a 2x120 - correct? Now, which of them is mainly cooling the CPU and which of them is cooling the VGAs? Not sure how hot the new 7970s are running, but I assume that together they are quit warmer than the CPU alone. So, cooling the VGAs with the triple Rad would have more sense - having the coolant flow direction as I depicted above in 2nd case.

Have you been thinking about placing the bottom rad vertically? I mean, on it's side - to pull air from one side and push through other side. Of course, you would have to cut the side panels... But, this way you could avoid the hot (ok, let's just say warm - anyhow, higher temp than ambient) air leaving the bottom Rad to be exhausted into the case. Additionally, you could have your drain port at the lowest point of your loop... (right now is hard to drain the bottom Rad).

Overall, i think this is a really nice build, specially as a first water-cooled project! The questions/ideas exposed here are just my thoughts, driven by curiosity and willingness to generate some experience for all of us...

my loop flow is
Res/Pump(s)->CPU->top Rad->VGAs->bottom Rad->Res
my top rad is a 360 (3 x 120) and my Bottom is a 240 (2 x 120)

my temp is

CPU @4.5Ghz
Idle:35, Full Load: 59
with antec Khuler 620 at stock speed
idle: 35, Full Load: 75

my GPU @1000Mhz
idle: 32, Full Load: 49
with stock fan cooling
Idle: 60, full Load: 80

now in full load, i have better temp than idle with stock ciooling
but noise...... no more jet plane turbine in my case

im very happy with what i have now
but youre right, if i OC more my CPU i think i will reverse the flow

for rad vertical, one of my criteria was: no case cut, no physical modding
im sure youre idea is better than my setup but i dont want cut anything of my case

for the drain port, with the bottom rad like that, i dont think im able to make it lower than the rad
but if i turn the case 45 degree to the back, the drain will be the lower thing of the watercooling system

Thanks for the details! If you're happy with your rig as it is now, just don't touch it. If you're ready to do some more work on it, I'm sure that here are a lot of good people to help...
