ROG Hyperion "for HUB" and "for MB" confusion

Hello, I am building a PC with a Rog Hyperion GR701 case and it has 2 ARGB cables. The one that has a "for MB" label has been connected to the fan hub out of the box, and the other one with the "for HUB" label is loose. I don't plan to use the hub, do I need to connect both cables to 5V 3-pin motherboard headers? Or do I need to connect only the "for MB" header? I want to be sure that chassis RGB works fine.

Hello there, I have the same question. Did it work out for you? If so, can you tell me what the point is for having the For Hub and For MB argb cables? I assume they both come from the front panel of the case, but I don't know why there are 2 ARGB cables instead of just 1.

Hello, I just unplugged “For MB” from the hub and plugged it to the RGB header on MB. The front panel RGB is working fine. I left the “For Hub” unplugged as I am not using the RGB hub, I replaced fans with Corsar iCue ones.

I just have one more question

Correct me if my understanding is wrong please:

There are 2 ARGB cables from the front panel labeled "For MB" and "For Hub." The one labeled MB is not connected to anything and needs to be plugged into the MB to control the lighting of the front panel. The other cable labeled For Hub is preinstalled into the fan hub, but there is no ARGB cable that goes from the hub to the motherboard. Is this all correct?

If I want to use the hub, shouldn't there be a  dedicated cable that goes from the hub to the motherboard other than the one labelled "For MB" that comes from the front panel? Otherwise, how would the fan hub control the RGB lighting if it's just one cable that comes from the case connected to it?

In my case, the cable with the "for MB" label was plugged into the hub, and the "for HUB" label was loose out of the box. I am not sure what is the purpose of having 2 RGB cables for the front panel.
