RGB Problem with ASUS ROG Hyperion GR701

Hello everyone.

i bought a Asus ROG Hyperion GR701 and i don´t get the RGB work.

Motherboard is an Asus ROG Crosshair VIII Dark Hero Gaming

I´m sure that i connected everything allright. Power is on the MB and every cooler is working. I connected the RGB witch called "connect on MB" on the RGB connector on the Motherboard.

But still no lights, i´m have no Plan left 😞

You'll have to run/download Armoury Crate. Once you have that open, you'll open Device on the left side menu in the program and click on the icon with your motherboards name. Then you'll see "addressable headers". Click that tab and find "Rescan" on the right upper corner of that page. Also you must make sure the lighting control button on the front of the case is set to Motherboard. Then you can go to "Devices" in Armoury Crate, select your motherboard again and set your lighting effect/colors. I believe that case just acts like if you just connected a random RGB strip or fan and it can only be set to the same as what you set your motherboard lighting  to. The problem ist, the device seems that it didn´t have power? The front leds are dark .... and Armoury Crate didn´t find the case as device ... mayby i didn´t connect anything correct.

Once thats connected, your have to set the lighting control button ontop of the case to MB by holding it down for 2 seconds till it switches to the right one. It may take 2 times. Afterwards, in Armoury Crate, whatever you set your motherboard lighting to, your case will copy. It won't appear as a separate device. I've shared the link to your cases manual. Hi. I am actually seeing the same issue here. From the manual, I am seeing from the note that MB mode only works when connecting control borad to MB Addressable RGB header. Currently I only have the 12V ARGB connected. Does it mean that I also need to connect the 5V RGB beneath it to to the 5V on the mothereboard. If yes, how can I find the cable for it? The kit comes with the case doesn't seem to include it.

hello

i have just acquired the hyperion case and when i put mb on the Hyperion nothing is synchronized should it be connected exp argb of the hub on the Z790 hero motherboard
