Hey guys so I have posted an original forum post for my Corsair 600T build from which I have learnt so much from all of you and doing over a year of research/building to create... It was also my first ever attempt at a water cooled and over clocked rig.

After many realisations, the biggest one being over heating issues due to not enough radiator surface area for cooling... I have decided to buy a better case to base my build on and with it I am water cooling every single component in the rig.

Here is my journey to building the ultimate monster of a build that I have ever made in my life, I have spent over $7K AUD on this project to date and am finally ready to begin pulling my not so old 600T build apart to evolve it into this machine.

I cant wait to over clock this rig and see what kind of temps I can maintain doing it! 😄

and that 80mm rad? its going to be a pain to bleed it from air 😄
i have to pull out mine to get out all the air from it 😛

Hey man, I didnt put a drain port on the bottom of the loop as everywhere was out of stock here in Australia and I didnt want to wait any longer... I decided I can just unscrew one/two of the end caps on my rads and drain when needed that way... Also I did the loop structure in a way to almost completely reduce any chance of air in the loop and with the dual D5 vario pumps, the pressure in the loop is not a problem pushing them out...! 🙂

For the perforated aluminium sheet metal, I just went to a metal fabrication company and purchased an offcut. 🙂

It is an awesome case to work with... Would be nicer if it was 1 inch wider and 1 inch taller though to fit more radiators in it haha 🙂
