NZXT Switch 810 Upgrade / Re-Build

Hi all

Sharing photos of my latest re-build
Saw this case when thinking of replacing my Thermaltake Armor A60,
Also got myself a FX-8150 to replace Phenom II X4 955BE



Before (Photo was after i rebuilt - has no photos before i started)




No putting stickers on the new case - Looks to good 😃



Case has next to no cable management, the 24pin motherboard cable is about 20mm thick and is hard to put anywhere,
no space in the back for big cables.







All parts extracted and ready to install



Now the build begins, awseome how it only takes a phillips screwdriver.



Didnt think to take any in progress photos, too busy 😃

Decided to make this Push/Pull and Intake as he Matrix gives off so much heat,
and doesn't push it out the back - all just dumped into the case.
Temps just got too high.
As for the fan on the outside, it make a realy annoying sound as the blades passed the grill,
so just put it on the outside.
Love working in a machine shop with Laser cutters, Waterjets and mills, can make anything
i can dream of.

im thinking of the same case but i have to make holes for fans on the side door ( for the screencards )

Graphics cards? Thats what the angled fans on last pic are for - direct to GFX card

by the way, the fann connector on the backplate, can it connect to a controller or is it 12v and full speed?

12v full speed, the CrosshairV has got enough Fan headers for all the case fans anyway so i dont use it
