I'd say the phase one of the build is finished.
More stuff to come:

8-PIN EPS12V cables extensions are the ones you need. Also I don't know if this matters but there's a AWG gauge for every cable. I checked mine Thor PSU and it's 18 AWG so I did get the 18 AWG PSU extensions. One guy told me that 16 AWG is the best and 18 is alright, but that I should avoid anything higher than 18.
