New Build - Need help with parts

I'm starting a new build, and I've started gathering information about my parts.

My ideal build would be a Maximus V Extreme, 3.5GHz i7, 32GB ram, and an ASUS TITAN.

I'd like to liquid cool everything. Does anyone have any recommendations on where to look for a waterblock, or should I consider getting a solid chunk of copper, and doing it myself?

I found all the parts I needed on the EK website. And yes, I'm in the U.S. near D.C. actually.

I have a new issue with my build, I cannot find a mounting diagram for the MAXIMUS V EXTREME MB. It's not in the manual, unless I overlooked it.

There's no need for one. Install the standoffs in your case according for a normal ATX motherboard. The MVE will fit right in.
