Naked Asus MarsII QuadSLI Watercooling Project

It all began in winter 2011, so I don't have to tell everything again, here is the link to the buildlog at that time: Click here

First here's the link to my main buildlog, where you will also find pictures in full resolution: Click here

I'm designing a specially adapted water cooler for my two Asus MarsII. I'll keep the original look of the Asus MarsII cards as you can see in the picture below.

In addition, a video that I created for the project: http://youtu.be/MPn_F_qq6eE

As the title indicate, I have modified my cards. I have removed the IHSs of the GTX580s on both Asus MarsII, so that it is possible for me to make a flat as possible and efficient water cooler. More photos you can see here: Click here

The design of the water cooler is now almost complete, some little things still need to be corrected or adjusted. The latest version looks like this:

The construction of the water coolers in QuadSLI mode will look as follows:

Now everything is always available, so that I can start the conversion.:p

I ordered a new fan controller, the NZXT Sentry Mix 😮 50W per channel  perfect to connect multiple fans to one channel 😄

In the next few days I will remove everything that is currently mounted in the Xigmatek Elysium Case. I will make some modifications to the case to allow the installation of all components.
As you can see in the pictures below, I have started with the preparations for the cable resleeving.:p

@Zka17 : Thanks 😄 The radiator is really big and heavy, I have the 360 Version, there is also a 420 version available, this one would be overkill

As I saw multiple times on this Forum, there is no such thing as overkill! I would add "when you're talking about modding or OC'ing"

Hey ROG forum members it’s time to update this thread...
I’ll start where I left off some posts above...

Disassembly

In late May/early June I disassembled all previously installed components from my Xigmatek Elysium case. The purpose was to prepare the case for some modding to be able to mount some watercooling components and on the other hand some small cleaning jobs were also necessary after a bit more than a year in use.
As I mentioned I had to mod the case, I drilled holes into the backpanel to mount the Mo-Ra3 radiator and two more in the case for the reservoir.
