Hello everyone!! I just wanted to show off my new build that I did about two months ago now.
Firstly, I know I'm probably going to get some criticism for going CORE Ultra 😂
I get it, I know AMD is the way to go for a gaming CPU just now. However, I do have my reasoning. For me, I was curious about CUDIMMs and I thought they had potential. I also had a vision for my PC that was going to cost a packet anyway and I wanted to get the best parts I could whilst not getting the best part out there that would exceed that budget.
Furthermore, now that the 200s boost option is available in the BIOS, it really has brought the CORE Ultra series that much closer to AMD and I can't justify the added expense of going AMD. I'm glad I didn't, as I am able to run BF6 maxed out @1440p with my frame rates LIMITED to 170fps due to my monitors refresh rate. To be fair, if I had gone AMD, I wouldn't notice the performance uplift outside of benchmarks, so in my eyes, is there any point in spending the money on it?
Instead, I have MUCH faster RAM, and I feel, a well rounded system. I have tried overclocking the CPU, but to be fair, I got very little gain, and as before noticed no improvement in games. It did, however, raise the CPU temp when gaming by 20 degrees, so I took it off - literally no point. I do have a nice OC on my GPU though.
Anyway. Lets get into the specs and the eye candy!!!

Welcome @InFAMAS
Big fan of that case :). Nice clean runs, looks ace. I've recently gone back to soft tubing simply for quick disconnect access but can't beat a clean hardline loop

Thanks mate, much appreciated.
I used soft in the basement to link the pump and return to res to the connections at the underside of the floor to make installation / removal possible, let alone easier.
It is a great case! to be fair, I was thinking my planned build was ambitious, but was pleasantly surprised to find that it all fitted perfectly. I also have great access behind the front panel at the bottom for my drain valve.
