hi, I have the rog ryujin III 360, I haven't had that problem before (only problem has been Armory crate deleting gifs) but the only thing I can think of is that maybe the 3 pin argb cable is not seated properly into the motherboard. check the connections on that, there is a chance that the pins on the motherboard may also be bent, so please be careful on that, the 3 pins are a pain to deal with.
