I have an old Corsair 900D and was planning to upgrade my machine, to an Asus Crosshair X870E Extreme and it has 2 internal USB C ports and 2 USB 3.0. My front panel is very old, so I was looking for a new one like the ROG Hyperion GR701, which has 2 USB C 20 gbps and 4 USB 3, and each USB C has it own cable and a couple of USB 3 for each pair, but couldn't find any adaptaer with this configuration. Of course it wil lbe better if I can replacee my current i/o but like that is not possible, I was looking for a 5 1/4 adapter with this configuration. Anyone knows if Asus is planning to relase this frontal i/o?

Usually I have to make that. Because they like to go cheesy and use a usb hub to simplify cabling, but they are missing the whole point of bringing the ports out to the case. The only 5 1/4 bay configuration like that is half of that so you would have to get two or add the ports to one of those. Since the drive bays covers are aluminum I would get panel mount connector cables ( I find sometimes, getting the ones pre-mounted on a slot cover are cheaper). making the holes or take it to a machinist/engraver and have them make the holes in the aluminum case bezel.
