Main uses of intended build: Pc Gaming , to play the most recent games and upcoming games ( as , Battlefield 4 , Gta V , etc ... with maxed out settings)

I haven't actually calculated (don't know where you're located), but something like this should get you go:

Mobo: Asus Maximus V Formula
CPU: Intel Core i7-3570k
RAM: GSkill Trident X 2x4GB - you can easily go up to 2400MHz, but actually 1600MHz would be enough...
SSD: 128GB Samsung 830 or 840 series
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Black 1-2TB
VGA: essentially a stock (not OC'd) AMD Radeon HD7970 or Nvidia GTX680 should be enough, but HD7950 or HD670 should do it too
PSU: Seasonic X series, Corsair AX series - 750-800W should be plenty (it may look a lot of power, but I like to oversize my PSUs)

That sounds like a winner, although I stay clear of mATX mobos for 2 reasons. 1- i like having plenty of room for airflow and my hands...lol 2-2 mATX have been known to run hotter. I kinda wish I would've gotten a GTX 680, not for performance reasons though. The 660 Ti has never let me down and I Ultra Everything! I would go with the Asus model no matter what you get. I also went with the Kingston Hyperx 3K ssd. go to anandtech.com and look at the benchmarks. They are neck and neck so get which ever is on sale. Read up on everything man. You can look at my specs in my sig, it is almost identical to the rigs listed above and it is a beast.


I also have guides for all sorts of things once oyu install windows. So if you want pm me and we will optimize the hell out of Windows. There are also some things that must be done to windows or it will severely shorten the lifespan of you ssd.

1 ssd for OS, 1 ssd for games, 1 HDD for file storage/large programs, m5f, i5 3570K
8 -> 16gig of ram from 1866 to 2133MHZ range ( one kit only )
if you can wait until june ( around there ) the new 7XX series of Nvidia cards are coming out, or if you want to go whit AMD but thats up to you.

if you look at the specs, 2133 ram is allot higher than 1600 and the performance increase is sometimes as little as 1%, and if the money is needed elsewhere, 1 ssd will be fine for starters. Most games will run just as good on a high end hdd, literally I have found 2 out of hundreds of games, in which case I just use steam mover to migrate it to my ssd.

i use a 21.5" Samsung monitor in 1920x1080 the PC is a monster, you can probably get the parts cheaper where you are, i bought these components in Danish currency and with the taxes and such, i'd say you can get a bigger monitor perhaps or a nice keyboard and mouse (i had these and are not in the budget).

this pc runs Battlefield 3 with everything on ultra in 1080p at 60-70 FPS without getting stressed.
