Control 12v RGB and 5v ARGB with one controller?

I have a Rampage IV Formula system I am rebuilding. There is no ARGB/RGB controller onboard. Is it possible to control 12v RGB and 5v ARGB with one controller so everything is in sync?

This is what I need to control:

- 9X Thermaltake Pure12 ARGB SYNC Fans (5v)
- 1X HEATKILLER® IV for RTX 2080 - ACRYL Ni-Bl RGB (non- ti) (12v)
- 1X EK-Quantum Kinetic TBE 300 D5 PWM D-RGB - Acetal (12v)

Hey Smokey, thanks for the reply. The motherboard has no 5V or 12V onboard RGB/ARGB headers. The controller you linked to sounds as though it is only a converter . The diagrams only indicate 3-pin, 5V output. I need a single stand-alone controller that will control both 12V RGB and 5V ARGB/DRGB. Motherboards can do it (ASUS Z490 Strix), so I would have to think there are stand-alone controllers on the market that can as well. If not, somebody best jump on it now and make some money.

This controller will do it provided you have a spare fan header doesnt have to be RGB
