tried to contact asus support to update the firmware (because it's already to the latest version)
BUT they've only sent me a stupid BAT file that changed my pc layout.
the problem is
with this keyboard, and the italian layout
ONE button is not recognized and remains dark, specifically the "ù" button.
the italian layout is ISO ITA, the one used in aura creator is ANSI US.
so a key is not present, like the link that i posted here.
What should i do to require a firmware update for my keyboard that lets Aura Creator read the ISO ITA layout and fix the dark key?
