ROG STRIX SCOPE II aura creator problem

I posted this in the HW side, but I guess it applies here too.

Creator Software "sees" my keyboard as a greyed-out option only. How can this be fixed? Aura sync sees it just fine, but I don't care to do macros or themed color ways. I want to do per key lighting.

I guess I found a solution. I simply kept unplugging my wireless dongle until the keyboard showed up in Creator. Not super ideal at first, but it's a workaround on what should have been just plug and play. I have replicated this multiple times and now have been able to customize my keyboard as I see fit. Thanks for the reply. If you still want me to fill out a form and submit logs, I'll do so.
