Not sync aura with my laptop after latest update

Hi...after latest update aura not sync with my laptop ASUS ROG SCAR 17 G733QR but sync with mouse and aura wallpeper any fix?

Same here with G513 QM.

I also cannot sync my laptop ROG Strix G713QR after updating this morning.

keyboard lighting works when selected in the Armoury Crate - System - Basic Effects - Static (or one of the other choices), but when Aura Sync is selected the keyboard lights turn off.

In Aura Creator a notice saying "No devices available is displayed. Clicked on "Available devices" and selected G713QR. Selected one of my profiles to test the lighting and the keyboard did not change to match the profile but stayed in "Static".

Close Aura Creator and the keyboard lighting turned off.

Lighting can be restored by as per above in Armoury Crate

- SOLVED -

- Go to uninstall
- Search Armory Crate service
- Do not tap to uninstall, but tap on modify on the left
- After that, it automatically remove Armory Crate service and ask to reboot
- After reboot go to Armory Crate and wait until all services are downloaded and installed.

Done, it works for me

Try this:

- download Armory Crate uninstall tool and execute it
- reinstall Armory Crate
- reboot
- refollow my previous step
