No devices recognized. Notebook G713QR

So Aura creator doesn't recognize any device here. It keeps saying I should enable "lighting service" and "ROG LIve Service" but both services are enabled... what I am missing?

Armory Crate just update and still Aura Creator doesn't recognize any device (specially my keyboard) ..
