The keyboard lighting worked for about a week after purchase. I have tried updates, tried light changes, set as static, etc. Nothing works. Keyboard lights quit when the laptop hibernated. The keyboard lights come on, rarely, but quickly just seem to fade out and then nothing. Model GU502L
