Installing Aura Creator support page wrong?

Hi everyone, I have the latest version of Armoury Crate installed and followed the ASUS support page to download Aura Creator: https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1042503

It states on that page that you can just select Aura Creator only if you want to, but the installer won't let you do that, it's pre-selected Armoury Crate for me and won't let you un-select it.

A few questions:

1. When did this installer change to pre-selecting Armoury Crate for install?

2. I already have Armoury Crate installed, how do I install Aura Creator - do I just continue with Armoury Crate selection and tick  Aura Creator to install, I'm worried about a duplicate install of Armoury Crate though?

3. Why is the support page out of date?

4. Can I just keep Armoury Crate installed, do I actually need Aura Creator?

Please could you kindly advise? The support article for this issue is out of date. Would uninstalling Armoury Crate using the official uninstaller and then re-installing alongside Aura Creator be the best scenario?

The Armoury Crate and Aura Creator installer will no longer let you de-select Armoury Crate, so I’m very confused of what to do. If I use the Armoury Crate and Aura Creator installer and don’t deselect Armoury Crate, even though I have it installed and it no longer lets you deselect it unlike the support page which states you can, will this cause any issues or will the installer recognise I have Armoury Crate already installed and just install Aura Creator?
