There is.
You need to download and install the Corsair Aura Sync plugin. Then you should be able to control the RAM RGB.

I have downloaded the addon and the Momeria addon was updated in Armory Crate but it is not showing, you need to have the Corsair icue installed. I have a couple of corsair dominator memories.
