Aura Sync Doesn't Recognize a 40-series Card

Here's what I've tried...

  • Registered RTX4060
  • Verified that User Center/My Products shows RTX4060
  • Aura Sync/Sync Devices does not show RTX4060
  • Updated everything in Settings/Update Center
  • Removed power to tower for a few minutes and restarted -- no effect
  • Removed Armoury Crate and Aura Sync using Windows tools
  • Loaded the 2 Mb version of Armoury Crate and added Aura Sync
  • Updated everything in Settings/Update Center -- no effect

The 4060 LEDs show a moving red/blue pattern, so I know they have connection.

Suggestions please.

After posting this problem, I looked at Settings/Update Center and found a change from last night.

ROG-STRIX-RTX4060 needed updating this morning.

I downloaded and installed Version 4.0.0.9.

That fixed my problem.

Thanks to all who looked at my post and were thinking of solutions.
