Aura Sync / Aura Creator

Using Armory crate 5.0.11.0
whenever pc starts, aura sync or armory crate will stop cycling colors after a few seconds. second more fatal issue is pc freeze when launching Origin games. Yes razer synapse is installed, disabled aura connect in that app. advice and/or help with this

How do you know Aura is causing Origin crashes? Have you been able to disable something and bypass the crashes?
