Aura Creator won't let me select my device?? Or what?

On Aura Sync, my device is shown like this. Does this mean it is incompatible? On Aura Creator, there are no devices found. I'm new to this whole thing. My laptop is an Asus Tuf Gaming A15.

me too my laptop is ROG G14 Model 2021 - I tried alot to light the backscreen light but no way >>>>> Ohhhh

why is it like impossible to turn on/off the light of backscreen ( I didn't know what it called) 

my ROG Zephyrus G14 Model 2021 didn't light the behind screen tringle irea ( I open the box since a month ago) I tried a lot but in vein.
