Hey all,
New desktop gamer here. I was curious if there was something I'm doing wrong with drivers, etc. that might be contributing to issues with Aura Creator not recognizing any of my devices.
PC:
I'm (for now) using the keyboard and mouse that came included. Are these not aura creator compatible? Seems surprising that they'd include an RGB keyboard and mouse that aren't compatible.
I've installed all recommended updates and drivers in Armoury Crate. When I'm attempting to edit settings in Aura Creator, here are all of the devices that it's currently recognizing:
Of these, the only one that actually does anything is Layer 3, which is associated with the Gen1(3) LED strip. It seems that this is controlling all of the lights. If I turn this layer off (and I'm sure that layer is just associated with the one LED strip), the whole PCs LEDs shut off.
Any tips for a newbie? Just doesn't seem like this is how it's supposed to be functioning. Thanks in advance!
