Aura Creator is not working / syncing with my keyboard and mouse after updates 20/06/24

Hi Guys, Hi Asus

Long story short, everything working good, with Aura Creator from Crate, until yesterday, when I received a keyboard and mouse update from Crate, ROG Strix scope ii wireless, and ROG Harpe Ace Aim Lab Edition, after the update, all lighting effects from Aura creator is not sync to the device, tried USB mode no good, so I tried to uninstall, clean everything Aura Creator and Armoury Crate related name files, restart the PC, reinstall the App, update everything, change armoury Crate on top of the background lighting control in dynamic lighting, nothing work.  but, I can use preset lighting profiles in device page(second option down from the dashboard), but I want to use my own profile, so I have to choose the Aura sync page, Sync device detects my keyboard and mouse, go to Aura effect, open Aura Creator, it showing no devices available, it should showing my device if it detect my devices in Aura sync device page and  turn on the dynamic light option.

Can someone help me with this?

Two weeks ago, I did some update inside Armoury Crate and ever since none of the ARGB lights on my case fans or ARGB lights on my CPU fans work when I turn on my pc. 

I have to turn on pc, login, open Windows 11 Settings, find Armoury Crate in the installed apps, and click the 3 dots. 

There is an option for advanced options. I have to click that and then click repair, reset and terminate. 

If I only click repair, it does not work. Clicking reset and terminate. Nope. Does not work.

It only works when I click repair, reset, terminate and then I have to completely shut down my pc.

After I shut down and power back up, all the lighting in my system works again. 

It is super frustrating because it worked flawlessly for 9 months and then one update 2 weeks ago screwed everything up!!!! 

You might be able to try this method. 

I have not tried to clear cache inside Armoury Crate. I am debating trying at this point. Anything easier then what i have to do above would be better.
