Hello everyone,
as indicated in the subject line, I am currently experiencing an issue where Aura Creator no longer recognizes my laptop. When I first tested the software, I was able to successfully create several presets. However, after a long period of not using the application—during which I installed various updates for both Windows and Armoury Crate—I recently attempted to resume using Aura Creator and discovered that it no longer detects my system.
The troubleshooting steps I have already performed are as follows:
- Uninstalled all Armoury Crate add-ons
- Uninstalled Aura Creator
- Restarted the system
- Reinstalled Aura Creator only
Unfortunately, the problem persists. All previously created presets have been lost, and I am unable to generate new ones, as the software continues to fail in recognizing my laptop.
I would appreciate any guidance or assistance you can provide in resolving this matter.
