Windows 10 Freeze!

Hello guys, I'm having a problem and annoys me as hell. The system completely freezes on Windows 10. It always happens in five occasions:
1-When I change the display from the monitor to the TV to watch movies and stuff by unplugging the display port and plugging the HDMI that is connected to the TV. It happens right away. Also, when I go back to the monitor from the TV again, it happens right away which forces me to force-restart the computer.
2- While installing Samsung Magician SSD software since I have a Samsung EVO SDD. it freezes before the installation completes.
3-While troubleshooting the computer for problems from the control panel, happens while checking.
4-While installing Asus AI suite 3. Happens in the middle of the installation.
5-While installing the new LAN driver for windows 10 that I downloaded from my motherboard's support page.

The whole screen freezes and nothing can make it work again and the mouse cursor will never move.
When I had windows 8.1, I had none of these weird problems. Did a clean install 3 times, but no chance. Same thing happens always. Anyone have the same situation as mine, or does anyone have a solution?
My PC: Asus Maximus VII Formula
Intel Core i7 4790k
Corsair Vengeance Pro 16GB 2400Mhz
Intel HD 4600 Graphics for now.
Samsung EVO SSD 250GB
Asus pb278q 1440p Monitor
All drivers and software are up to date.

Sounds like some driver conflicts something is not playing well with the rest? Tenforum

Have you correctly installed the chipset, drivers? you have to run the .exe from command prompt with -overall switch?
IRST and IME drivers.
I'm finding that windows 10 wants to install there own versions of hardware drivers check device manager for incorrect drivers being installed.
Block windows update from installing hardware drivers, easier said than accomplished.

If you have Pro running you can use gpedit to control updates

Windows 10 Pro users also have another option, and that’s to use the Group Policy Editor (this isn’t available in Windows 10 Home, but is included in the Professional, Enterprise, and Education editions). Hit Windows + R and type 'gpedit.msc' into the Run box. Hit enter. Go to Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Windows Update.

Double-click on 'Configure automatic updates'. In the window that options, select 'Enabled'. Use the drop down box below to change the setting from 'Auto download and notify for install' to 'Notify for download and notify for install'. Apply and OK the change.

Thanks for the information. I did what you told me. How can I check the device manager for incorrect drivers being installed. I mean how to to identify an incorrect driver?
Also how to run .exe from command prompt with -overall switch?
Here is a photo showing the update history. It shows that some updates failed to install. Happened all the three times with the first update after I clean installed the Windows 10. Same updates always failed. 51482

To install chipset drivers
create a folder on the root of your C:\Chip
Extract the downloaded chipset drivers to this folder C:\chip

in the search box type CMD look up and your see command prompt right click it and select run as administrator
type in cd/ chip
Chip
type in setup.exe -overall

The Intel chipset installer will start up and install all the .inf files.

I would again to get stared get all drivers from Asus Support Downloads Once all hardware is running correctly and you want to install drivers from other sources that's up to you. But start with Asus approved drivers.

its intels network drivers, anything past 19.1 will cause this, they have known about it for ages and have not fixed it, it effects all chipsets with an intel nic, it has caused alot of problems for users trying to troubleshoot there machines.

These all work here:

IntelChipset_10.1.2.10.exe

20_3_CD.zip - LAN drivers and setup

IntelManagementEngineInterface_11.0.0.1162_WHQL_1.5MB
then
IntelManagementEngineInterface_11.0.0.1163_WHQL

I listed both because the 1.5MB one was 78,182,921 in size and the other was 7,148,243 - which I assumed was a minor update of some kind - had no troubles,
