Where do I get the Q installer utility from?

I have a machine which had Windows installed and wanted to confirm all the drivers are up-to-date, but I don't see where I can download the Q installer utility. I can't even tell if it had been installed.

Z390-A. It turns out it was installed, but it would still be good to know how to get it. I have a feeling it's installed by the BIOS.

Enter BIOS and go to tools. Once there see q-installer and disable it. After go to Windows>C>system 32 and go way down till you see three Q-installer entries by Asus and delete them. Then reboot. Be sure to do B o Bios first or it will just return. Sorry to be so late.
