I've several ROG CG8580 desktop pcs. Recently I recovered all of them to factory settings using the recover utility with F9 on boot. One of them however didn't have the boot option to recover.
When pressed F9 on boot, it had "Windows7" option instead of "Windows Setup [EMS Enabled]". I had to recover from dvds and after recovering from dvds that option didn't appeared either.
That computer had to visit service to change a defective psu. I think, there, boot record including recovery option is over written.Now how shall I enable the built-in recovery partition to appear on boot menu with F9?
