I think you will find it a sea of various problems, Asus are not the worst offenders. MSI drop BIOS early / first and always full of bugs. Gigabyte BIOS feels dated but are second on my list to ASUS - sometimes first, or at least equal. Asrock the cheaper Asus brand. evga- hmm if only they had service in ASIA (outside the USA forget them except PSU they don't die) And well you hear things about every maker these days. Its like car product recalls - every brand at some point seems to be on holidays without notice.

Remember when QA was not a stamp placed on products, those days seem long ago to me as well.
