System_service_exception (netio.sys) error when starting Fifa

Hey everybody,

When I start up fifa about 50% of the time I get the System_service_exception (netio.sys) error which means that my laptop (ASUS ROG GL552VW-CN108T) needs to restart. How can I fix this problem? If you need more information I will post them and any help is welcome.
