Stuck Armoury Crate update

Hi Rogers,

I just add Azoth Extreme today in Armoury today but having issue to open the Device for further setup since it keeping ask me to update and then fail. this seems to be a dead loop, anyone knows how to bypass the update?

Hello, please confirm that you have the latest AC version 5.9.13.0, restart your PC, and try updating the firmware again.

If this still doesn't fix the issue, you can try downloading AC Gear for the ROG Azoth Extreme here, and try updating your keyboard firmware there.

Hi,

thank you for your reply. It is already latest version. I tried several times to use uninstaller and installer then restart PC back and forth, as well as installed the 'Armoury Crate Gear – ROG Azoth Extreme'

Now I got an option to update later, so I will skip the update as for now.

If you'd like to update your keyboard firmware but is still unable to via Armoury Crate, I would suggest uninstalling Armoury Crate and downloading it here for a reinstall. Please let me know if you run into further issues.

yeah, it seems worked for win11 but for my win10 still stuck with the update
