Sound problems with my new ASUS Maximus VII Formula motherboard

So i builded my first pc a few days ago, and i stumpled upon alot of problems obiously as i really didn't know what i was doing.
The most game breaking problem for me is the sound quality. It seems kinda off from before i changed motherboard.
the sound is kinda low on some programs like team speak 3 even when it is turned on max sound, the quality is also kinda bad i belive, even tho i'm no expert. There is also buzzing sound in my headset. Before i updated the driver the sound was constantly plugging out after a while, so i had to reboot to get it working again.
The driver should be up to date, i used the cd that was comming with the motherboard, and i was also picking the newest driver, so i find it really weird.

To get the latest drivers go to the Maximus VII Formula support page. Have you tried configuring the sound level in the Realtek Audio Manager?

Thank you for the answer atleast.
I got the last driver for my motherboard, and i have tryed to configure my sound settings, but my knowledge of it isnt to big.
I tryed to change the format of the sound from 16 bit 48000 Hz to 24 bits 48000 hz wich was the highest setting that i could have without not getting any sound at all.
The problem with this issue is that it takes time before it stats ****ing up the sound, and after a while it will just stop comming back. The only way to fix it for me is to turn of the pc, and turn of the power supply at the back of the pc for 30 seconds or so.
I found out that i plugged the HD sound cable in wrong to begin with but it is now in the correct input that should be the AAFP 10-1 pin ''front panel audio connector'' according to the manual.
Again, thank you.
