ryujin 360 update html loop never updates big problem now for the cooler

The program used to work fine but 3-4 days ago it asked me to update ROG RYUJIN HTML AND IT NEVER INSTALLS AND ASKS FOR PC RESTART...i formated my pc windows 10 times to make it work and still cant no matter what i do. I CANT MAKE WORK MY RYUJIN 360 using z390 godlike msi.. so its just sit in case useless having high temps when i cant use it..and also thinking of changing cooler coz of your issues and buggy program tells me to update when i update restart system and update never finishes...and dont tell me i am the only one with that issue theres plenty of people on reddit.
fix armoury crate AND RELEASE NEW VERSION TO PREVENT UPDATE LOOP!! its been a weak and asus team acts like nothing happens and still selling ryujin

Still not working for me either!
I saw the new Update [HTML] Version 1.01.04 10/14/2019, ran the update, restarted PC. Now it is showing that I still have an update for the old version number 1.01.03 and dated "0". Did I do something wrong? I assumed people said updating to 1.01.04 would fix everything.

was exactly the same for me as well...

Seems like it works now after deinstalling and reinstalling the program. I can now see the cpu temperature on the display.

The only problem is that it resets every time i switch off my pc and I have to reopen the Armoury Crate program to show the cpu temperature. Is that normal procedure?

I have same problem, after PC restart.

Could you share the process you went through to uninstall and reinstall Armoury Crate? I tried to do the same and now my Armoury Crate is completely broken. I have no Devices or Aura tabs on the left side and my updates don't show up.

any solution yet? if still cant control my Ryujin 360 and the fans a working still on 50-60%... Support dont care about, left me back for 2 weeks and comes always with the same solution that dosent work..

I don’t have any problems with the updates. The update problem is mostly a server issue from asus. Which Crate version u have? Can you restart Armoury Crate Service and rog live Service and try again. You got a firewall that maybe blocks the connection? My Crate works perfect

What worked for me was uninstalling Armoury Crate and Armoury Crate Lite, then reinstalling Armoury Crate using the installer from the Ryujin Tools page.
