I CANT MAKE WORK MY RYUJIN 360 using z390 godlike msi.. so its just sit in case useless having high temps when i cant use it..and also thinking of changing cooler coz of your issues and buggy program tells me to update when i update restart system and update never finishes...and dont tell me i am the only one with that issue theres plenty of people on reddit.

The problem is known. Unfortunately, it will be looked at next week, in Asia Nation Day is from 01.10 - 14.10. It had already reported several customers in this regard. We have to wait for an update from those.

I posted this on the Discord Server but if anyone wants to try they're more than welcome:

I've managed to hack together the same HTML UI controls that the motherboard uses and apply it to the AIO Cooler.
It lacks the fan controls and doesn't let you upload JPG custom images (only GIFs) but you can at least change some of the features like Hardware Monitor.

If you can't run this you might need to download and install .NET Core 3.0 Runtime
https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/thank-you/dotnet-runtime-3.0.0-windows-x64-installer
Once its running you can connect to it in your web browser at http://localhost:5000
If you manage to brick your AIO led display, you can recover it by turning off your PC and switching the PSU off for a few seconds then turning it back on.

I don't intend to support this, but you can find me on the discord in #armoury, its not a fix or solution. Those who want a fix will have to wait.

Sorry aragonnshow, I can't create the controls from nothing. I it was pure luck the developers of the interface left in stuff regarding the AIO cooler to begin with 😞
Just going to have to wait, I just did this for my personal efforts to get the display to be anything but the default animation.

i heard asus knows the issue we'll see in next week ...but i don't think we are gonna see a fix this month...

I captured what Armoury downloads when you hit the Ryujin update, it downloads

file.zip
file.zip.dat0
file.zip.dat2
file.zip.dat4

The only useful ones that have any valid contents seem to be file.zip and file.zip.dat0 which have .lnk files inside named

6318 - ▒╢«_.lnk
Setup.exe - ▒╢«_.lnk
Setup.ini - ▒╢«_.lnk

These link files appear to go lead to an internal file server at asus or wherever (a smb \\server\ path)

The Armoury app extracts this file and seems to search for *.exe files to run, finds none - purges the rogliveservicetremp folder, and then prompts for reboot

Conclusion: Whoever published this update, uploaded a .zip with shortcuts, rather than the original .exe files

its a joke... for real. its not a "cheap thing out of a supermarket" - its damn expensive and u cant use the software to control it. Really, thats something u can't do! And nobody seems to care about that ****. I'm really frustrated about that! Do something Asus! Please!

UPDATE

Wait what?! I updated it today, and it seems to be okay?! They actually fixed it 😉
