ROG PUGIO - Aura software crash

Hi

I was wondering when do you guys will update ROG Pugio mouse? im having alot of problem syncing this mouse. everytime i sync ROG pugio on my PC, AURA crash after a few moments of playing specially on all gradient effects.

It is almost 2021 and still, it hasn't been fixed. There has been plenty of firmware updates, but still it fails to stay in aura and just freezes to whatever color it was on. This is only on my mouse, all my other devises stay in sync with aura sync. Is anyone else still having this issue?

Same issue here... since 1 year

MoBo: Strix B350F Gaming
GPU: Strix RX580 OC
Mouse: ROG Pugio (last firmware)

i think its a bug with AURA Software
