Latest version of armury crate doesnt allow you to update/edit the settings of the 5 inch LCD on the motherboard.
works on older versions of the software, but if you update to version 5.9.13.0 or one of the others listed it will cause this issue/prompt.
(can confirm as the older version was fine an hour ago and after doing a full uninstall and reinstall yesterday, and only started after doing all the updates today)(blue box items installed today)
(the error)

I should also say that it works until Armory Crate starts in Windows, but then I cannot control RGB lighting if I don't start it up. Defaults to rainbow puke.

Is there a way to contact Asus and have them look into this? The problem isn't going away and I only have another week and a half before I have to return this board to Amazon.

I've already escalated this.
If possible, can you enable logging, and then reboot.
Once reopening AC, click generate log file and upload it so I can retrieve it 👍

Ensure you've updated to FW 107 first.
The support sites are propagating now with this update. If still experiencing issues you can submit a report here

Did this solve the problem?
I can't get into the Armoury Crate until this is resolved.

I've installed and uninstalled (with the official AC uninstaller) several times over and even reinstalled the Windows. No love. I'll load it up on the test bench tomorrow and report back. Maybe sooner if I get a burst of energy. Thanks so much @Silent_Scone! Appreciate you!

Thank you @Silent_Scone, for putting the effort into this.
A big update just hit my AC install.
To start there is a new look, and with a new look, a new error.
Ill enable logging and upload a log later
