Just got my new system up and running and 2 things have been happening I cannot for the life of me figure out. Crosshair VIII Hero Wi-Fi.

1 my Tuf Gaming K7 is not being recognized by the Armory Crate software at all to control the RGB. I literally only bought this keyboard so it would hopefully interface with no issues.

2 My radiator fans that are in parallel, will random start blinking like a strobe light, and will not quit until I reboot the system. This is random and doesn't happen every session.

Fans should be wired in parallel. Not series.

*fans are wired the way they came out of the box.

As per my quoted response, you stated they were wired in serial. Then you edited that they are in parallel. You have to give accurate descriptions if you want accurate responses.

[BUG] Armoury II crash at manual launch

Updated to Armoury II 3.00.43, still the same crash:
Repro steps:
- Run ROG Armoury, open Settings and disable Run on startup
- reboot
- then run ROG Armoury manually from its icon and it will crash on first launch

Win 10 PRO 1909

Tried 3.00.43 and 3.00.44. The software opens once after installation, then never again. It always crahses when I try to open it.

The only Asus product I currently have is the ROG Claymore, which is a darn expensive keyboard, and I would very much like to set custom RGB for my keyboard... but with this crap of software it is not possible since it does not even start.

It would be funny to observe, if it wasn't actually dramatic, the total indifference from ASUS to users' software bug reports...
Never an official reply, nor a fix obviously.

Drop ASUS, they simply don't care for their software. There are known and reproducible bugs reported years ago never fixed.
Try OpenRGB, as it should now support also ASUS ROG Aura Core since 0.2: https://gitlab.com/CalcProgrammer1/OpenRGB/-/releases

Just received my new keyboard ROG Strix Flare RGB mechanical gaming keyboard with Cherry MX switches.
I have an issue. All are working fine, but when I shut down my PC, the keyboard is close... no lights.
The PC still closed, when I touch the keyboard the lights open and remain open. I use static white light.

How can I disbale my keyboard to open lights when the PC is closed ?

Since I got the mouse (ASUS GLADIUS II WIRELESS) I have encountered several issues.
At start, just from connecting it, it broke Armoury Crate for my motherboard too. I had to reinstall everything.
Then for several days Crate failed to install the device SDK for the mouse.
Today there was a new update for the device SDK and the update kinda of worked as it managed to update it. But still when I go to devices both the mouse and the motherboard cannot be accessed. I get an error message saying "We are sorry. There's an error with the device page. The application is goin to reload the device page now.
Also I get 2 popup windows all the time that flash for some miliseconds and disappear. That also started with the mouse SDK update.

1. PC
2. Aura Sync products - Asus x399-A motherboard
3. 3rd-party peripheral, audio, or lighting software - iCUE, Razer Synapse and Chroma Studio
4. Wired / wireless connection - Wireless

6. Reinstalled Windows? No
7. WIndows version & build - Windows 10 Pro, 1909, 18363.900
8. Previous version of firmware or software that worked as expected - Same version and all previous versios until the mouse got connected
9. Clarify your issue as clearly as possible. - Clarification above.
