Execute UpdateInstaller.exe to update.

When reporting issues, please install the latest software and firmware, then provide as much info as possible to help us understand your setup.
Include the following info:
1. PC / Laptop
2. Aura Sync products
3. 3rd-party peripheral, audio, or lighting software
4. Wired / wireless connection
5. Reinstalled Armoury II?
6. Reinstalled Windows?
7. WIndows version & build
8. Previous version of firmware or software that worked as expected
9. Clarify your issue as clearly as possible.

isuues on armory. i will rest all report my findings. But so far. audio drivers do not load if armory load first. And that interfere, for the moment with aura app. i will test these during and report back. Maybe a chipset driver bad? i get another GPU and same issue. do not happen if another gpu is use from another brand. Also i Test another 1080ti from asus and same issue. So is not the hardware. IS A MESS guys. no idea what to do next. And there is NO error in windows to report aside the usual errors from windows. that are a lot.

My issue from way back (2 years ago) is still present..

It doesn't change the UI to reflect the CURRENT effects within the software..

For example, on my ROG Gladius II, I select Scroll Wheel to be "Static" base to be "reactive" and loogo to be "Color Cycle"
That's fine, I can select these, and set them, but once set, if I then click through, base, wheel, logo along the bottom the effect and color selection don't change to what they are actually doing / set to with each selection..

I'll make a video if needed...

(I have explained this multiple times)

After testing 1 app at the time. The case of my issues of sound and aura, on first steps is ARMORY. same issues on version 20 and 16. I can send data from windows, but I can not, there none. so I have no idea what is what.

I stop using armory, (still on my computer) no more issues.
I stop using gputweak, but I will take more data and post it on the right post.

Also just in case I stop using fastboot so i can take other measurement so for now 3 apps is causing instability with post drivers. Al sound are there after many restart. As soon a update is available on any of those programs, I will test or add other like drivers updates.

I test another computer with 8700k and z370 and same results. 6700 same results. Al have their own asus gpu different cpu and different lights .

armory gputweak are out. I am goin to turn off the computer and disconect the PSU of 1 h. and see if that fix it.

I put a order to a new mouse should be here in 7 days, since next week is off here cause carnival.

Maybe a UEFI issue? i bet my balls. well one, that the chipset driver. since i test all mayor apps one by one. and I can say that is armory that is causing the isuees with aura and sound apps. The problem is that as soon i disconnected the spartha i will try to load the app again. since is auto download.

Let see I will continue checking all. It is a good idea asus knows these. since you are not using a product but we are getting the updates. If you like I can send you a ROG mouse for testing if You are on the US. Let me call my friend on the store and ask if he get the new TUFF products since we do not have keyboard here that are ROG. I will not say the why we do not have ROG since is offensive after the meeting. But if someone know the ROG rep not the strix one, please send me A PM

I think i find what is going on. But still need more data. But these is driver issue cause a FWupdate that add 12.0.22.1310. The good think. I will have a computer like mine in 2 days and evaluate that theory crazy of mine. but is probably is. I go back to original board drivers. and use a spare mouse. i can feedback in 3 days

is it possible to activate the menu of choosing the "wave" function when the sync feature is switched off??

i would love it to just have the "wave" effect for the "base" of the mouse!

please ASUS make this happen!

I recently purchased myself both an ROG Pugio, and then later a ROG Fusion 500 Headset.

I was a little annoyed that you could not run the mouse with the AURA software but got over that, however, to find the RGB options for the headset are different again to the mouse.

So for a trial, I set the mouse and headset on a static colour within Armoury and made sure they were not selected within AURA. This worked for a little while, but when I restarted my PC the next morning, the colour remains static on the mouse; however, the Fusion 500 is doing it's own thing and cycling through the colours even though it is set in Armoury to static.

The only way to fix it is to exit Armoury from the taskbar, restart it, then choose another option in lighting, then go back to static.

I have been an avid ASUS supporter for years, but come on, do you guys have totally different sections working on totally different things and don't communicate. You're a multi-million dollar company that charges more than some of the other companies.

You make it hard.

Try to turn off autostartup for armoury (and aura if any). Not sure if it works though but these apps are really buggy with autostartup, feels like one 10 y.o intern kid developed all asus apps. for free.

Hi There, I just booted my fresh win 10 on my new Hero XI WIFI, I refused to install Armoury at first, then installed Aura, Audio Driver and so on... Then, wanted to give it a try... but I cant get pass a error msg saying that I have no ROG hardware... Install is fine, but when starting the soft, I cant get pass that msg... Any clue ?
