Execute UpdateInstaller.exe to update.

When reporting issues, please install the latest software and firmware, then provide as much info as possible to help us understand your setup.
Include the following info:
1. PC / Laptop
2. Aura Sync products
3. 3rd-party peripheral, audio, or lighting software
4. Wired / wireless connection
5. Reinstalled Armoury II?
6. Reinstalled Windows?
7. WIndows version & build

What tha nails is going on..... now my dock firmware Version is 1.255???? from my last posted photo?




I close the app in windows (exit) reload the app and another number as before?




WHATTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT what I can tackle?

There are definitely refresh issues on the power screen on the Spatha, further to what I reported above. (windows 10 x64 pro)

and armory opens today and my configuration is gone! holly. also wrong versions on the dock

i close the app. wait like 5 minutes. and activate de app again and all was there. odd.

I think I am going to ditch my asus website drivers soon.

I find another error. that is hogging me around. Images talk.

when i start the computer. is one number. when i close the app is another number. When i connect the Spartha to the dock and restart the app is another number????

I really need to sort these out. fast. I know that i do not have a ASUS keyboard, but i will manage.





When i turn on the computer, the version is 1.25
when i restart the computer the version is the same as mouse both 1.72.
when i add the mouse to the dock and restart the program is 1.32

And my problem today is:
ROG Pugio mouse LED became very choppy, especially wave (rainbow) color transition literally HURTS eyes (blue/red colors) due to very sharp transitions. With factory firmware without any sync it was alright, but after setting up software and trying out effects - its broken, nothing helps. Moreover, sometimes different parts are totally independent (logo and wheel) and out of sync (wave has built in sync system). Also speed is too fast (may be visually because of choppy transitions seems like that but in slow speed it is still too fast). Other devices and peripherals seems ok.

After i install Amoury whole computer gets laggy? i mean really laggy, programs take long time to start and so on..:( Tried many times to uninstall and install again. Same thing..? some clues?

I´m usin Strix flare, Gladius and Rog Delta.

I really like have it working to have able to use the headphone setting.

Motherboard is Strix z370-G. i also disabled onboard audio.

I had it too, but when I tried to install it, I got "cannot install support file" "Catastrophic failure"
and when I just tried to uninstall 3.00.16, I get the same thing

I just used CCcleaener to delete the registry listing, and manually deleted the folder for it

I found a issue on wireless. it does not coming from sleep. 1. when the spartha wake from sleep the light on the receiver is off. 2. just now, i try to move the mouse and i have to sync putting on the receiver in order to wake it. I all ready download again the firmware. but still even on high performance and mods on the balance power options when the spartha goes to sleep, it does not wake. I have to dock it or turn off and on the mouse. No idea what to do. I guess i have to connect it or get another mouse

PLease note. that I find out. that reciver will go to sleep also. the green ligtt goes off and when i move the sparta will blink and turn off. After I wake the mouse (on any above explanations), the lights still off I have to manually put the spartha on the receiver.

I have have being receiving notes that windows is the blame for it. But i like to use my computer in balance. I will test 2 scenarios

1. use it on high performance
2. disable the sleep thing on shell.
