"Access to relay.log is denied"

On Windows start, I get popup message that say

 Microsoft .NET Framework
           Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately.

            Access to the path 'C:\Program Files (x86)\ASUS\AI Suite III\Thermal Radar 2\relay.log' is denied 

I click Continue two times and it go away. This occur in Windows 10 Pro build 16299

(2 year necro, and...) Yep, I just noticed getting that one too. Definitely not something I want flaking out.
