Possible Virus in Asus software

Can anyone confirm that installing the Asus Aura lighting software Lighting_Control_1.06.29.7z or earlier on Windows 10 64,

creates a folder called C:\Program Files\ObjectInstallerService


Can anyone confirm if they have that folder on their PC?

I installed two pieces of software on the same timestamp. I don't think it's the ASUS software but I want to check and be sure.

Hi Gold,

I have Lightning_Control_1.06.17 which is the latest one for my PRIME Z370-A motherboard and i don't have C:\Program Files\ObjectInstallerService folder.

I see that you've already started a thread on some other forum:

Is your antivirus flagging this folder? Does it have any content?
