Unfortunate news is that after discussion with the GPU Tweak team, notebook GPUs are not currently supported and might not be for a while due to desktop hardware refinements and demands (PCIe graphics cards have more OC, power delivery and cooling overhead) and other feature developments (video recording etc) first. We'll update you when we know more.

i bought my g74sx second hand ive allways wanted one because of the hype i know you can downlosd gpu tweak from asus website and from my understanding this software plus much more should have came from a disk when the notebook was first purchesed . now am i correct in asuming that after reading this thread that i can not run gpu tweak un my g74sx or are the limitatins for newer models and if so which version of gpu tweak do i down load

GPU Tweak works on my G51 just fine.

i use it to OC my GTX260m.

am i missing something here?

hmm am also confused i found 2 GPU Tweak software
1- Normal GPU Tewak >> http://support.asus.com/download.aspx?SLanguage=en&p=9&m=ASUS%20GPU%20Tweak%20for%20Graphics%20cards...
2-GPU Tweak for laptops >> http://support.asus.com/download.aspx?SLanguage=en&p=3&m=ASUS+GPU+Tweak+for+Laptops&hashedid=n%2fa

and both are working for me on my G750JH ? so what is this exactly ? and which GPU tweak should i use for notebook ?

Same here. I'm confused..

I used MSI Afterburner for a while and it did it for me on my Asus G73Sw..
