Mylogo, Rampage V Extreme u3.1 and getting full screen boot logo

On my older systems I could/can get full screen boot logos. However on this system, I cannot get the logo larger than partial screen even with full screen logo turned on bios.
1) Is there a way to make the logo image full screen?
2) What are the recommenced resolution and file size for the logo image? (The older mylogo you could fine tune the size in the windows)

I have had the same issue before using AMD GPU's, could never get full screen in bios, never had this issue with Nvidia cards, I never found out why

It's probably just crap programming with MyLogo2 vs MyLogo3. Made a crap load of different boot logos of different size and file size , just to see if I can get it to work. I just wish I could use the old MyLogo to create the altered cap file to flash it

Hint fit Mylogo3 (the version with X99 rampage) Still doesnt work with bios 3202. I have tried it with multiple sizes from 599x399 to 1920x1200, file format, and file types. Still cannot get the program to change the logo. Every time it says it is going to update the bios and it boots to turn the computer off.

I also have the same issue. It shuts down and it does not update bios and logo. I updated bios manually from the Tools in Bios, but logo it was impossible to update.
