My ASUS can no longer be installed from the Microsoft Store

Since at the very least today, or yesterday potentially based on some other posts on the internet, the My ASUS application can no longer be installed from the Microsoft Store.

Searching for it on the store after a clean Windows install on my ASUS ROG Zephyrus G14 brings no results. The application doesn't even appear in my Microsoft Account's library section as a formerly installed app.

Directly going to the store link that is present in my laptop's drivers and support webpage does allow me to open the application's page within the Microsoft Store, but pressing on install there does nothing.

This is clearly an issue either with ASUS or with Microsoft, and it has been encountered by multiple people, as several Reddit posts can attest: Here

Wait what i thought i was the one only having problem i have all those problem as well the FN+F5 logo not showing up but function is working . I think the latest version Windows 11 F*K it up everything blue screen system crash , Microsoft Store cant find My Asus then these as well FN+F5 logo showing up. I contact the Microsoft community they told  any bug or issues report to the Report Hub in Windows  .

cant fix it we have to wait for an update

In order to install my ASUS, the only think you can do is wait for ASUS to get it fixed and for Microsoft to ship that update to the Microsoft Store.

For the powermode pop-up I'm admittedly not sure, I would assume that this is a separate issue since the powermode is set through Armory Crate and not my ASUS, so not having my ASUS installed shouldn't affect it. I'm not sure what else to suggest there besides from uninstalling Armory Crate using the official tool provided by ASUS (or doing another clean install of Windows just to be sure), and then trying to install it again.

If this still doesn't work, try to make a new thread in the hardware and software support of the ROG Forums.

i make a report in   Armory Crate i notice in the settings about bottom last has a  Armory Crate Hub report feedback 

That's a good thing to do also, though I'm not sure if anyone will actually reply there.

A thread on the forum has the advantage that other users might see it and talk about it, particularly if they're facing similar issues or perhaps if they know how to fix your issue.

There's also a specific thread for reporting issues with Armory Crate based on its version - here  - you can follow the instructions in the first post of that thread and post a report.

I believe that the issue might have been fixed - I'm not actually seeing any new update in the store (it still shows as 4.0.42.0, updated on 6/27/2025), but I was actually able to find it in the store and to install it.
