Since at the very least today, or yesterday potentially based on some other posts on the internet, the My ASUS application can no longer be installed from the Microsoft Store.
Searching for it on the store after a clean Windows install on my ASUS ROG Zephyrus G14 brings no results. The application doesn't even appear in my Microsoft Account's library section as a formerly installed app.
Directly going to the store link that is present in my laptop's drivers and support webpage does allow me to open the application's page within the Microsoft Store, but pressing on install there does nothing.
This is clearly an issue either with ASUS or with Microsoft, and it has been encountered by multiple people, as several Reddit posts can attest: Here

I believe that the issue might have been fixed - I'm not actually seeing any new update in the store (it still shows as 4.0.42.0, updated on 6/27/2025), but I was actually able to find it in the store and to install it.

I think it has something to do with the architecture. I downloaded the whole file and anything above 4.2 I noticed after I extracted the appxbundle file only has items for ARM64.

It would make sense. A Reddit user tried to install the app with Winget, and they received the error "error: 0x803fb104 : The package is not compatible with the current Windows version or platform." - which would make a lot of sense if ASUS or Microsoft have somehow screwed up the latest update (that happened on the 27th, right before the first reports of this issue have appeared online), and have somehow uploaded only the ARM version.
Regardless, I've luckily received a rapid response from ASUS support - they're apparently aware of the problem and are working on a fix, but their efforts also depend on Microsoft approving their update and pushing it to the store. They weren't able to give me an official ETA, but they're hoping to have this issue solved within two to three days.

lmao two of those posts are mine, glad to see its not my fault. hopefully asus will fix their app soon

Well, thank you for making them - it helped me realize that it wasn't my fault either, I was convinced that I had somehow screwed up my Windows re-installation.

yeah idk asus needs to address this thing with maximum priority, like get it done asap not 2-3 days. myasus has critical settings that my laptop cant function without

I agree with that, but well, unfortunately we can't force them. The ASUS support rep that responded to my email also pointed out that ASUS has to work with Microsoft to get this done - presumably Microsoft needs to approve the update and to push it to the store.
I do hope that it will be solved by tomorrow though.

i have same issues as welll

I also encountered the same problem.
I am using the 2024 TUF A14 FA401UU. I just reinstall windows and thought that all the driver would be installed by the laptop itself after connecting to the internet. But none of the driver for the laptop was installed automatically (im new to these kind of stuff). And it became a hurdle when windows told me to connect to the internet/ download the wifi driver.
I bypassed the page and manually installed it through usb drive. I then installed all the driver with armoury crate and especially the Asus System Control Interface V3 which in many article is essential for the MyAsus app to be downloaded. I tried re-installing ASCIV3 but MyAsus app still wont download. I cant find it on the microsoft store and have to use the install file from Asus's website. It directed me to the microsoft store page but when i press install, it doesnt do anything.
And now when i press the power mode key (FN + F5) it doesnt show me the powermode pop-up but still changes it.
Any reccomendation on how to fix these?
