I got the note also. ASUS Live Update, on our case, is part of the AI Suite. I have 3.00.36 ours called EZUpdate 2.03.20I think

Live update is a NOTEBOOK utility. Not to be confused with EZ UPDATE, which is of course total garbage as well and has not worked in over a decade until just 2 weeks ago it started doing THIS:
