Klevv Cras C700 RGB vVME SSD and Aura Sync

Hi -

I have ROG Maximus Hero IX, all other RGBs (Mobo, Ram and VGA) syncs ok, but for some reason, this device (Klevv Cras C700 RGB) which is connected to my m.2 socket is not syncing, nor does it appear on Aura as listed devices.

I have the latest Asus Aura program and latest BIOS.

Anything else I need to do?

I have the same problem but on a z390-f

any fixes?

I am also having the same issue, please advise if any fix has been found. I have tried updating all the sofware and BIOS. Still cant get aumory crate to detect the Klevv Cras C700 RGB NVME SSD.
