How do i completely remove Asus sound drivers ?

Can someone explain in simple steps how i can remove the Asus sound drivers so i can start using the official Realtek drivers that actually get updated

I am on 6.0.1 8273
ALC 1220

I would rather use the Realtek ones without any of the Asus stuff , its not something i need or want and Asus are not interested in updating the drivers

I have a Z270F motherboard
Windows 10 1809 64 bit OS

If at all possible i would like to use the Realtek app from windows store that will update my sound drivers automatically
