How can I download Sonic Studio?

Kiicki

I have an "Asus ROG Strix B350-F Gaming" motherboard, and the latest audio driver doesn't come with Sonic Studio for some reason. The latest audio driver also says "Due to the different structure for drivers, suggest you remove the old driver first before install this version driver."

In other words: Uninstall previous audio driver (Realtek) that will automatically also remove Sonic studio, to then install the latest Audio driver that only includes Realtek driver.

This is their own software. Why isn't it available for download? I have heard a few people mention that you can install Sonic Studio from the CD that came with the motherboard, but I'm not sure if they are referring to: Sonic Studio standalone installation, or just a part of an old audio driver which should be uninstalled if you want the latest audio driver. I also don't have a CD drive.

I also believe it's "Sonic Studio 3" I'm looking for.

Edit: Asus, If you are going to remove Sonic Studio from the latest audio driver, at least include a standalone Sonic studio download somewhere.

ASUS may have added the Realtek driver without sonic studio 3 and sonic radar 3 for people who don't want it.

I'd use version 6.0.1.8382

I use sonic studio 3 and uninstall sonic radar 3.

I cannot open sonic studio. It just hangs on startup logo and nothing happens.

I tried with fresh windows install. It just open once. After restart it just either hang on startup (shows sonic logo) or close itself immediately. No error message given.

New UWP used..

Hi gencer

Down at the bottom right of the screen is a little arrow pointing up, click it and see if the sonic studio logo is there, if so click it.

Hi Nate,

No icon in system tray. (incl. arrow > hidden items)

I have attached a screenshot. It stays like this for at least 2-4 minutes then closes itself. Sometimes it just happens immediately.

Realtek AC UI Version is 1.1.132.0

I also see this event:

The program SonicStudio3.exe version 3.12.2.50876 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Security and Maintenance control panel.

What I did so far?

1. Install fresh windows.
2. Install drivers from B350-F webpage and install.
3. Open sonic studio (after restart) and configure movie and musi,c sections in advanced mode. Close it.
4. Restart machine.
5. Try to open sonic studio. You can't.

Tried this lifecycle 2 times.

Update: I reset the app data (from windows app preferences), uninstalled app and reinstalled by directly from store fixed my issues. However, it shouldn't do this behavior in the first place.

Good to hear you got it working, maybe someone with your motherboard can confirm the Realtek driver at the ASUS Download Center is working ok.
